Relay is the banking layer, Xero is the accounting layer, and VAZAG is the operational/property layer.
Relay integration model: Relay does not expose a public API. VAZAG therefore does not scrape or impersonate Relay. Official Relay → Xero bank feeds carry settled banking activity into Xero; VAZAG reads that accounting-side data and preserves transaction lineage and reconciliation records.
